1. Acceptance of Orders
All orders placed by the Client are subject to acceptance by Rajneesh Trading Company. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is considered confirmed only upon the issuance of an official Proforma Invoice or written confirmation from our authorized representative.
Prices quoted are based on current raw material costs and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
All prices are exclusive of GST, customs duties, insurance, and freight charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in the invoice.
Payment Terms: Standard terms require 100% advance payment or as specifically agreed upon in the sales contract. Delay in payment may result in delayed delivery or order cancellation.
To maintain wholesale pricing and operational efficiency, certain Products may be subject to a Minimum Order Quantity. Please verify the MOQ for specific Glass or Acrylic items before placing an order.
Compatibility: While we provide high-quality packaging, the Client is solely responsible for testing the compatibility of their specific formula (pharmaceutical or cosmetic) with our jars (Glass, PET, HDPE, or Acrylic).
Rajneesh Trading Company shall not be held liable for any chemical reactions, leakage, or product degradation resulting from the interaction between the Client’s product and the packaging material.
Delivery dates are estimates only. While we strive to meet deadlines, Rajneesh Trading Company is not liable for losses arising from delays caused by logistics partners or production schedules.
Risk of Loss: Unless otherwise agreed (e.g., Ex-works), the risk of loss or damage passes to the Client once the goods leave our warehouse or are handed over to the designated carrier.
The Client must inspect the goods immediately upon arrival.
Any claims for shortages, visible defects, or "breakage in transit" must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and the delivery challan.
Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be entertained.
Orders for customized products or specific bulk imports cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.
Returns for non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in their original, unopened packaging at the Client’s expense.
The total liability of Rajneesh Trading Company for any claim—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific goods that gave rise to the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or loss of the Client’s end-product).
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, raw material shortages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our registered office is located.
